Predictive Analytics

Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Image models
We build and retrain deep learning models to accomplish a wide range of tasks:
In text:
- Classify text for any category of a given text (for example, sentiment of toxicity).
- Entity extraction to identify key information (for example, a team mentioned in a sports article).
- Text similarity to measure the closeness between two texts or phrases.
- Question-answer models and sequence-to-sequence models for advanced text generation and understanding.
In images and videos:
- Image classification to categorise images.
- Object detection and extraction to identify and locate objects within an image.
- Image segmentation to segment unknown objects.
- Image regression to find the quantity of a presented in an image, (for example, how full a bottle is).
Note: While many of these tasks can be accomplished with GenAI tools, using custom models can offer better results at a lower cost for specific use cases.
Generative AI (GenAI)
We use and fine-tune open-weight LLMs (through distillation) and cutting-edge GenAI tools to tackle and automate business processes. In the past, we have developed GenAI applications for:
- Topic and sentiment analysis of online reviews.
- Information extraction from medical notes, including health problems, treatments, and suggested tests.
- Automated data exploration with AI agents that generate code and graphs based on a user’s questions.
- Reason extraction from customer descriptions in loan applications.
End-to-end solutions
We combine our models and expertise to fully solve complex business problems. Some of our previously developed projects include:
- Optimal Route Planning: We create an optimal plan of visits for limited resources, maximising the outcome for door-to-door campaigns.
- Promotion Optimisation: We precisely calculate the ROI of promotions by decomposing sales and analysing financial elements to help you make the right decisions.
- Optimal Pricing Strategy: In highly competitive and dynamic markets, we find the optimal price by analyzing how your price positioning affects sales, given a set of business constraints.
